​WHAT is Positive Transitions?
Positive Transitions is a unique form of coaching therapy based in the West Country. It is designed to help people make beneficial changes in their lives.

​Created sixteen years ago by Elizabeth Friend, her Positive Transitions process has assisted numerous clients and delegates through her private consultations and workshops. Using a combination of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), counselling, visualisation and relaxation techniques she has had proven success in helping those who lack confidence, have anger issues, phobias or relationship problems.
