WHAT is Positive Transitions?
Positive Transitions is a unique form of coaching therapy based in the West Country. It is designed to help people make beneficial changes in their lives.
Created sixteen years ago by Elizabeth Friend, her Positive Transitions process has assisted numerous clients and delegates through her private consultations and workshops. Using a combination of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), counselling, visualisation and relaxation techniques she has had proven success in helping those who lack confidence, have anger issues, phobias or relationship problems.
