A course which helps the delegate present a good impression when meeting others for the first time. We investigate how other people see us. Learn to build rapport and gain trust with people
Coaching and Leading Others
Offering an insight into the delegates own personal leadership styles, this course explains what coaching truly is and how good coaching and leadership can be of a great benefit when motivating others. It helps us understand our own processing, and how that may differ from other people, so we can develop a range of new skills and tools. Although successfully faclitated as a one day workshop this course could be developed as a longer course if desired.
Influencing Skills
Designed to help the delegate understand how to persuade others towards the required course of action, an ideal course for those who are selling a product or idea or who need to influence others. Using marketing and PR crisis management techniques it considers how we become influenced and why and sets out to broaden our knowledge and understanding of persuading others towards a certain course of action.
Assertiveness in the Workplace
Aimed to improve communications and relationships within the workplace, this course has been run successfully many times with a wide variety of delegates, including Girl Guide Commissioners, professional Mediators and Care workers. Working with delegates on how to offer and receive criticism and feedback effectively and how to make or refuse a request without conflict or bad feelings. Although successfully faclitated as a one day workshop this course could be developed as a longer course if desired.
