What is Positive Transitions?
A service specifically designed to assist and support people who are dissatisfied, de-motivated or experiencing difficulties in their lives through the process of making changes or improvements towards feeling happier.
Who would benefit?
People who have benefited from this service so far are those who:
- Feel stuck and lack direction
- Feel they lack confidence
- Feel unhappy without knowing why
- Feel anxious or angry much of the time
- Feel depressed
- Find it difficult to say no or stand up for themselves
- Find that feedback from others is not as they see themselves
- Find themselves in conflict with others

Through highly effective personal development workshops, courses and one to one coaching sessions.

I have fifteen years of experience in facilitating courses and have developed a unique style of change work utilising a flexible non-judgmental and enjoyable exploration of learning for the individual.
Where do you operate?
To date most of the courses have been run across the county of Somerset, but they can be available elsewhere in the UK.
The base is Langport in Somerset however many private coaching sessions are delivered over the telephone for clients based throughout the UK.
